Automatic dust meter EMIOTEST 3114, in its innovative technical solution, is a portable device designed to perform, in closed channels, periodic measurements of dust concentration in the flue gases and a dust mass stream (e.g. in the exhaust) to define the emission of dust into the atmosphere. The measurement method is based on the isokinetic collection of gas partial flow and separating collected particulate matter on the filter material. The measurement can be performed on either the inner or the outer filter.
Extensive equipment, exterior, dust meter kit also allows for independent measurement of volume flow of gas in the test channel and independent measurement of gas humidity. Technical equipments solutions, algorithm controlling measurement and calculations are in accordance with the applicable standards: national standard PN-Z-04030-7, PN-EN-13284-1 and ISO 9096.
This is a new solution for a series of devices manufactured by EMIO used for measurement of flow rate of gases in the closed channels. As in the DFM 1194/1197 flowmeters, the operation of the DFM 2006 flowmeter is based on micromanometric differential pressure measurement.
The flow meter is equipped with its own temperature probe and may be also equipped with a probe for moisture content of the gas measurement. It can be used with all kinds of pitot tubes for which constant K has been defined.
The device is particularly used for determining the velocity profile of the gas in the duct by registering the dynamic pressure distribution in the test section. The application program that supports work of the flowmeter performs ongoing calculations of the gas velocity in the duct. Final results are presented in the form of a report which contains calculated values of the gas stream referenced to the actual and contractual conditions for dry and wet gas.
Flowmeter DFM 2006 is designed for environmental services in power plants, CHP plants, ironworks, large industrial plants, and also for environmental inspectorates or in laboratory measurements of gas flow in closed pipe ducts equipped with any type of orifice measurement.
Calculation algorithm of gas volume flow is consistent with the recommendations of PN-Z-04030-7:1994 (ISO 9096:1992) and PN-EN 13294.
Aspirator EAS-2 is a portable device. It is designed to collect on tubes or sorption scrubbers gas samples that come from technological processes or technical operations. Determination of the concentration of substances in samples taken is carried out in a research laboratory.
The elements and components of the aspirators control unit are positioned both inside and outside of the housing.
On the side plate placed are two-section aerosol filters and a socket with power switch. Additional slot separated for each channel are used to connect the temperature probe of the sucked gas stream exiting scrubber/sorption tubes. CMWT-2007 digital meter is designed for direct measurement of relative humidity and temperature of the gas in ducts, under conditions without presence of condensate and soot. The device allows the registration and calculation of gas humidity degree X and carries out measurement reports. Data can be also transfered to computer.
Set is used to collect a representative sample of coal dust from dust-gas ducts by isokinetic method, to determine its particle size distribution and moisture content. Sampling is carried out by using the isokinetic "zero" probe. Set is prepared for cooperation with a control unit 3114 of the dust meter EMIOTEST or a control unit 2598 of the dust meter EMIOTEST and type AZ-15 suction unit. Special software dust meter, the shape and dimensions of the probes are compatible with PN-91/M-34131 "Installations mills. Sampling of dust".
Impactor EIK was design according to the PN-EN 23210 standard. Cascade impactor EIK, is a device made to determine dust distribution of PM2.5 and PM10 class, which form a dust aerosol. Measurement is taken during isokinetic sampling of dust contaminated gases, by connecting the impactor to the dust sampling equipment of EMIOTEST 3114 dust meter, in accordance with requirements of the measurement procedures for determining dust mass concentrations of PM10 and PM2.5 dust class contained in PN-EN ISO 21210:2010 standard.
